With a lifelong passion for dogs, rescue, rehabilitation and education, Justin founded Halo Dogs in 2009 to create a professional environment where dogs can receive expert care, training and enrichment. He is a Master Trainer with the Guild of Dog Trainers and an Approved Instructor with the Academy of Dog Training and Behaviour.
